Yeah i agree with becky, tetras are great for me in the morning as i have no time for breakfast. I find what works for me once you get onto bars is half a bar at tea time, then other half later on (when alot are prone to snacking). Also water flavourings are great for extra water drinkage, although do check with your cdc what week your allowed them.
