Water deffo works!!
I add extra water to my shakes i usually get two pint glasses outta them, i also make them in the blender so there always creamy and fluffy!
Definately works, I keep weighing myself cos theyre the same as chemists and I lose more on a day where I've had loads of fluids. Somebody said on another thread water is like the magic weight loss fairy.... theyre right!
I double the amount of water in my soups and some extra in my shakes. If you have them as a mousse or the soup as crisps its better to drink an extra pint of water.
Hammer that water, it cant be stressed enough. I do 5/7 litres a day and my leg muscles have grown due to ruuning up the stairs to the toilet every 5 minutes
