Hi, I started lipotrim on Friday, so far so good.I havn't

cheated and don't intend to, the only diet I've even managed to get this far without cheating.

I wondered if anyone can tell me if black tea and coffee

can go to make up the 4 litres of water , or is it just water and it doesn't count .The water is the hardest bit so far.
My weight is 79.5kg , not sure what it is in stones told the pharmacist, didn't wanna know but, been trying to work it out since. Think its about 12st 6 !

Wanna lose a big chunk of weight before my hols in 8 weeks, hopefully.Came on here before getting Lipotrim and your stories and fantastic weight losses gave me the motivation to do it.
 
Technically it does - as its calorie free liquid..but dont be tempted to replace water with tea/coffee as you are supposed to be only drinking what you did pre LT. The more water you drink the quicker and more you loose (honestly!!) - so I would use the tea/coffee as that bit extra!!

If you stick to the diet 100% you can easily loose up to 2 stone in 8 weeks.....some have lost more!
 
Thats great Bea, thanks for your help I will plod on with the water, spose I'll get used to it soon . It's a small price for a quick weight loss
 
Its tough to get used to to start with....but honestly after a few weeks you will wonder how you managed to survive without it!! I used to buy some sparkling water to have in the evenings - as a "treat" and just to have something different......the weeks I was a bit below my intake were the weeks I lost the least...so it does really work and it also totally curbs your appetite....
 
I will buy some 2moro couldn't face the shops this weekend cos of temptation, but managed not to eat my daughters Easter eggs , (CHOCOHOLIC) so it should be fine
 
I started purchasing my Tesco shopping online and having it delivered........so much easier and you dont have to face the fresh bread coutner!!! LOL
 
Good luck in your first week! Like Bea says drink loads of water and if it does get you down at any point theres loads of people on here to talk to. Also enjoy all the trips to the loo lol!

:tear_drop:Water is most certainly the way, we all know its hard but I promise it gets easier to the point of habit just like brushing your teeth. Good luck you'll be fine and dont forget there is always someone on here to help, listen and even a shoulder to cry on;)
