Ok i've never had the best skin and everyone says drink more water, then you start this diet and drink litres and litres EVERY BLUMMING DAY 6 weeks own my skin is worse than every

has this happened to anyone else cuase everyone i know's skin is flipping glowing???

my hair is also very dry now and it never used to be

any advice anyone good or bad results

Hey Tinsel! I have to admit that my hair and skin absolutely suck when i'm on ss! My hair is greasy and nasty no matter how much i wash it ( i also lose a bit more than normal) and my skin is greasy and spotty and no amount of dove soap, cleanser of oil of olay makes it any better! I think for some people its just something we have to put up with. :(

My skin got relly bad when i started cd that i went out and brought £30 worth of face creams lol (dont think they worked) but now my skin is great although i do have to wash my hair nearly everyday now and before i could get away with 4 days.

I'm the opposite my skin is so dry it's unbelievable no matter how much water I drink.

Hi Mrs B, I'm the same as you no matter how much water i drink my face is as dry as a bone.

Week 1-3 was dry, then OK for a couple of weeks, but now its really dry and started to notice little red blotches on lower jaw and neck over past week.

I really dont know what to do with it, I do moisturise but worried the blotches will get worse if i use too much cream.

Hmmm, not sure what the answer is but its definately a bit of a bummer as thought i'd be glowing with the amount of fluid we get through. x

When I did CD before my skin looked fantastic, this time is looks crap, blotchy and spotty. I was my hair everyday anyway, but have noticed it's a bit drier than normal.

I think it just takes time, think how many years you've been putting yukky toxins in your system, it takes time to flush them out - well that's what I'm telling myself and just hope it starts glowing soon.

I use simple moisturiser costs about £3-£4, only put a little bit on and it soaks right in so ok to put make-up over, if I put on at night I add a bit more.
