Need a little advice ...

Just wondered if anyone could help me a bit, I'm struggling at the moment. I'm on SS+ and just need a little advice ....

I work full time and also have a part time evening job in a pub, meaning that by the end of this week, I will have worked 37.5 hours mon - fri, thursday night 7 hours, Friday night 8 hours and Saturday 6 hours - a total of 58.5 hours. I also have a party to go to Saturday night, and my niece's 1st birthday on Sunday.

I am exhausted already, and I just wondered if it would be OK for me to increase my calorie intake to, say 1000, just for a few days to give me some extra energy.

Does anyone else have a job where they work long hours, stand up a lot, and still manage ok on SS? I don't want to fall completely off the wagon, but I also want to be well.

A little bit of help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you.

Hey hunni,

Sounds like you could surely use the extra calories hunni!! Rather than jump straight up to 1000 why don't you try 810 - slightly bigger food portions than SS+ and big enough to split into 2 meals. Id' have one as lunch before work and the other during a break to keep you going. Also, do you have bars? Just thinking that you could split a bar and have half with each meal as a dessert and the remaining shake for breakfast??

Try not to mix and match the plans day to day as this may cause water retention and might slow you up a bit!!

Hope you feel less exhausted soon

Cheers Dobbie, that sounds like a plan to me! I have brought a bar with me, so I will split in two to have as dessert.

You are a star, thanking you for your good ideas.
