WHY DID I DO IT?

I'm on day 4 of this CD and was doing really well. But then about half an hour ago I went into the fridge to make my little boy's lunch and spotted the cocktail sausages and I went mental, almost like a rabid dog, and ate 7 of them, one after the other!!
What's wrong with me, wasn't even hungry........
Is this going to really effect my loss this week?

Probably not that much they are quite low carb.
I often get like that once I start which is why I avoid now at all cost because I know where it will lead.
 
I don't think they are very low carb - you are not allowed them on Atkins. Water, water and more water and get them flushed through your system as soon as possible.

I made sure that there was no food I liked in the house during my first week and fed the poor children fish and vegetables all the time. Luckily they didn't seem to mind and it got me over the most difficult time of the diet - week 1.
 
sasuages are low carb.. but atkins dont let you have them cos not ALL are low carb.. some have extra things in.. But dont worry about it.. it shouldnt knock you out of ketosis.. so just keep on going.. and slap your hands when you reach for those sasuages.. hehe.. and drink tons of water too..!!!!!!!!!!!
