Really bad week - just can't do this right now

Since the 0 loss at the last WI i have lost all motivation.
I blame it all on AAM week cos i just haven't stopped eating since then.
I did manage to stay in ketosis til yesterday and then I was so fed-up with myself that i picked on a few biccies, then had a bowl of home-made chicken soup and a few haribo's.

The days are fine - drink the water & have my packs, but the evenings turn into a total nightmare :(

I don't think i can finish this week and am just sooo fed-up. Have my WI tonight as well but thinking not to go cos i just not happy with myself or the potential gain.

Feel like just taking a few days out, so i can get into a good frame of mind again and then re-start on Monday.

sorry to hear about your back, do hope it gets better soon. If i was you i think i would def go to your weigh in just tell your cdc what happened, im sure he/she will be supportive and help you get back on track. On the other hand if your heart isnt in it now maybe you should stop for a few days instead of starting breaking it etc. The evenings are the hardest for me too and the weekends.

Come on funella you can do this! I'm getting weighed tonight to but I'm a week behind you (end of my aam). Be positive.
Can you not save a bar for the evening and just cut it into bits and have that for a snack in the evening (this is what I do and I feel so naughty eating choccy infront of the telly!:D)?
Go to your weigh in and talk to your CDC, let her/him know that you're finding it hard after aam and they may give you some really good ideas on how to refocus yourself.
Draw a line under it (god that gets said a lot on here! lol!) and look forward to what you could be by the end of the year.
I always think of it this way...What do you want more, those sweets and biscuits now, or to be slim and healthy soon? I know I want to be slim more than I want to eat (or in my case drink), how about you?:hug99:

You are absolutely right Kelly, i do want to be slim & healthy, more than anything.
I'm just stuck in this rut since AAM and can't get out of it. I don't like the bars or soup so am survivng on shakes. Which are only bearable during the day.
I need a breather and will go to my WI and discuss with my CDC:break_diet:
 
Have you tried making muffins or fudge with the shakes?
You could always look at moving up to the 810 plan so basically you're constantly on aam if that will help you (think they may have renamed this ss+ now). Have a word with your CDC tonight and I bet by this time tomorrow you'll be refocused and the world will seem a better place again!
I'll be thinking of you tonight when I have my weigh in and you'll have to pop back on here and let me know how you did.in the meantime you can have some of my positive vibes to keep you going! :vibes:
 
I would say try SS+ until you are feeling ready to SS 100% again, if at all. Then at least you can have some food, without thinking that you are having something that you shouldn't.

Good luck with whatever you decide, you know you can do this.
