I have posted on your threads but I thought that I would just acknowledge to the forum that the three of us are CD virgins today!!
I hope that we can continue to plot our progress together.
Where have you started and how much do you both want to lose - for me it is 4st to get to a healthy BMI.
Perhaps we should start a thread to continue the story??
