Thought I'd say hello, loads of new people here since I was last posting.
I started CD May last year and by August had lost 2stone 4 pounds.
Since Christmas have put on a stone!! Oh dear! I know why - started new job, major stress...cue chocolate, microwavable meals, takeaways and all the other junk!!!
Easter Monday..fridge full of chocolate...time on my hands...am I mad?
Anyway, day 1 today ssing. I actually love the diet, and although it can be tough I got through it with the support of the wonderful people on minimins and hope to do so again.
So hello all CDers. Look forward to reading your posts and stories for inspiration.

I'm doing alright. Have a fortnight off work which always helps me as I get so stressed when I'm working!
Hi Mandy, loads of Ceri's here in Wales - men and women!!Should state I'm female! There are 3 of us in the school that I work in. (technically I'm Ceridwen - Welsh, easier to say Ceri though!!)
Love this site so much- keeps me going throughout the ups and downs.
