Frys Chocolate Cream???

Hi all.
Can anyone tell my how many syns are in a
Frys Chocolate Cream? They are my downfall. If they are less than 10 I may survive Slimming World.

What plan do you do? I was a really bad chocoholic and when I joined I done only green days, filling up on pasta. It was 2 weeks before I realised I hadn't had any chocolate at all! If you like pasta try it, I think it replaces the craving or something (sorry, I'm not very scientific!)

Thanks for your comments. I have done SW several times. On three occasions (when I have been 'in the zone') I have lost 2 / 3 stone. But slowly over a couple of years I always managed to put it back on. Last year I tried Lighter Life. It was really hard, but I lost 2 1/2 stone in just over 3 months. But now, I have put back on a stone in just a couple of months - nightmare and not worth the suffering. So I know SW works for me - I just need to re-focus - but I am finding it hard after following such a strict regime on LL.
Loving all the messages of support though.
