It's day 1 of my re-start and I'm raring to go! Last time I was dreading it and had the wrong attitude to the diet, i.e Felt like I was "suffering" and felt "deprived". But this time I am looking on it as a new begining and I can finally look like the person thats inside instead of a frump!
I've just had my first shake, which was strawberry (not overly keen on strawberry) and were gonna go out all day to take my mind off things.
The most thing I'm looking forward to about being slim is being able to wear what I want, can't wait for that!
I want to post a pic of me oon here at my currant weight of 14 stone 6 but don't know how to. Or maybe I can't as I haven't posted enough!
