Hi, I am on week 8 and had a day off on Tuesday for my birthday. I am no longer in Ketosis. So to get back into Ketosis do I have to go back to the beginning and only have shakes and soups for two weeks? Or can I stop the bars and tetras for a couple of days until I get back into Ketosis and then have them again?

I am really confused and really really love the bars lol

Hi Melster

Not sure what the best thing to advise would be on the bars but it shouldn't take that long to get back into ketosis as your glycogen stores will be alot lower than they were when you started CD.
