Q for happyland re smoking

Hi Happyland or anyone else out there who has any comments.

I saw a post a while ago about giving up smoking whilst on VLCD, have still managed to keep off the fags with the patches?

Also I presume it is OK to do patches on VLCD, might be a daft question but I'm thinking of doing the patches and i'm on VLCD.

Has your weight loss slowed down, now you are off the dreaded weed?

Any thoughts and experiences, much appreciated. Thx x x
