Chocolate Craving

What do you do when you are feeling all pmt-ish and are longing for a piece of chocolate. Not a whole bar, just one square! I haven't caved and I don't think I will but just wanted to hear how people help deal with these cravings - especially at this time of the month!!
 
I have one of the meal bars every day it satisfies my sweet tooth - especially this week they have been a life saver
 
Oh, I don't know about meal bars - my CDC has never mentioned them to me. I will have to ask her about them next week. Thank you for that. I so want to have one square of dark chocolate which I do have in the cupboard but I mustn't.
 
Have a meal bar the chocolate flavour they are fantastic, they do it for me.
 
I like the chocolate bar cut into bits and done in the microwave for a minute.
 
They do 6 different types of bar - and if you like dark choc they do a dark choc covered orange bar.
Also, malt toffee, chocolate, caramel, cranberry crunch and peanut crunch all coated in milk choc.
Ask you CD counsellor - you can have them from week 3.

mmmm malt toffee & cranberry crunch lurvelee!!! They do take the edge off sweet cravings...but now because just have shakes (don't like the soups) I have savoury cravings instead :rolleyes:
 
If your CDC doesn't 'do' the bars, as I have seen in a previous post, remind him/her that you are premenstrual and take a glance at the knives in the kitchen........then quickly back to her.....then back to the knives. You get the picture. Bars should appear at a rapid rate!

Actually, I was dividing an orange bar in 1/5 and having a 1/5 as a chocolate fix. The orange has a bite to it which seemed to calm another craving, probably for strong tastes. BUT they are higher in carbs than either the peanut or cranberry (which are the same as the packs.) Also my 1/5 of a bar descended in to 1/2 a bar and even sometimes A WHOLE BAR......This week I have got only 7 bars (cos I am working and need the convience at lunch), no spares no nothing! My weight loss isn't THAT good. I am putting it down to the bars. They do have extra carbs and I feel like snacking although I am not hungry. So I do AAM. Which then is more like 810 over time. Getting the picture? Can't do tetras cos they do nasty things to my underwear, so I am stuck with bars. Next week I might only get 5 and see what happens.
 
Thanks for all the tips. Def going to ask my CDC for some bars next week although not sure what I am going to do for the next couple of days whilst I am really feeling the need for something chocolatey / sweet! What's the deal with the bars if you are on the 790 plan as I am?
 
what about making a chocolate muffin? Mix pack with smallish amount of water to thick paste and microwave for 45 secs or more if less high microwave
