help!!! good all day come evening i want to eat

hi everyone i am new, never posted before! so bare with me, i need advice, i am on the c.d. start weight a whooping 19st 5lbs, only 5ft 1inch:cry:started the cambridge diet last monday, problem is i can be good all day, but come evening time I WANT TO EAT... any ideas that will help me out, i cheated a little on sunday and DO NOT want to do it again.. thanks

I'm on W8 so same principle as CD as in shakes and soups......... Come the evening I get on here, it takes the boredom away which is normally when I would hit the cupboards.

Keep drinking lots of water as that takes away the hunger pangs, also some people split their packs so that they can have more throughout the day which might be an idea.

Good luck and keep posting to take your mind off cheating, the results will speak for themselves and you will be a new you by summer. Take care. x
 
very good idea thanks! your right coming on here would my mind off food! its just hard watching the rest of my family eating(worse still not clearing their plates)
 
Play in the arcade, read a book, have a lovely bath when you tempted on an evening. You'll be pleased when you have stuck to it.

And looking at the pics in the Inspirational Slide Show will keep you motivated too.

my sister does craft things to keep her hands and mind ocupied on a night, she does scrap booking, card making and cross stick. she says it really works and the time flys by.
