Hiya

Does anyone have any good books to recomend reading, thinking of something which helps along side sole source (if you know what i mean)!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Something to motivate and encourag eme.

Re-starting on monday for the ???th time and this has to be last chance saloon on this diet as i am wasting my money if i don't do it 100%.

Ta!

Not sure if this will help or do the opposite but i got the supersize superskinny book...the one that runs alongside the channel 4 series and its really really good.
Not sure if you were steering towards to a novel or something xxx

The two best books that I have read alongside this diet are the Dietgirl book (The Amazing Adventures of Dietgirl) She is this woman who has lost over half her body weight and looks amazing! She didn't do a vcld (except for a short stint) but its incredibly well written and the amount of things i identified with was amazing. Its also got a bit of a fairytale romance in the middle of all the diet stuff so it satisfies my slushy bit too. Its unputdownable, I finished it in a few hours!

Yesterday I read Skinny ***** - its fantastic, its mostly about stuff you should be eating and if you are easily upset then i'd think twice about reading some sections. However is amazingluy honest and has given me food for thought about what I will be eating and the lifestyle I shall live when I finish this diet.

Happy reading!

My most fave book ever is by Catherine Alliott called Rosie Meadows Regrets. I found it hilarious and unputdownable! The character was ME! It's one I lend out under the stri get it back! Today I ordered off ebay the DIETGIRL book after rave reviews on another thread!

I higly recommend ' the beck diet solution' by judith s beck (you can buy it on amazon) its all about cognitive behaviour therapy and changing the way you feel about food and your relationship with it. It can be used alongside any diet and is great for LL or CD style diets too
