My friend is taking me out to lunch this afternoon and we are going to a lovely little pub where they do amazing food!
I'm going to have the tiger prawn and chicken sandwich with no butter or mayo but it comes on THICK wholemeal bread...like doorstop bread! Shall I count it as a HEB and syns, or just syns, or what???

Thanks!

2 slices of wholemeal nimble are 7 syns so you probably double it for doorstop wedges or 1 HB and 7 syns? :0) Or just use your Flexi Syns!

I copy Bumpy0 i think you should count it as 1 HE-B and 7 syns.

Now i am confused, online it says 2.5 per slice in new food opt book it says....ah i was wrong...sorry, but it does say - wholemeal small size, 400g loaf 3 syns? O i don't know.....HELP!!

Nimble bread is full of air, proper bread isn't so i'd probably use flexi syns if it was me :)

Lol yes i agree, didnt think of that, you could use nimble as tracing paper its that thin!!!!!!!
Id go for the flexy syns ;)
