S many of you talk about boullion. What is it? Is it soup or something? How much is it and where do you get it from?

you get it from supermarkets, its green tub with an orange lid, marigold boullion its called.. the veg one is the only one we are allowed, it tasted like noodle soup.. onkly 1 cup a day though, i adds curry powder to mine :)

there is also a low salt version but i am yet to find it.. lol

My local Sainsburys had the Reduced Salt one .... purple with orange lid.

It was on the specialist food section (with the gluten free foods, etc.). The other one is on both the specialist and the stock (Bisto etc) section.

It is like savoury flavoured water, but is quite tasty and certainly fills a gap between meals.

CD do a version for 3 times the price!

Amethyst: I shall try it with a bit of curry powder, that sounds nice.

I love boullion.. Although be careful you dont have too much cos of the salt intake... lol..

I have a kg tub of it.. hehehe..
