Apart from having to work, today's been lovely. I made a cake for colleagues last night (what is the deal with that? Taking in cakes for everyone else to celebrate!) which survived the car journey, although a bit wonky.
I had super pressies and cards. My 3 year old sang a solo happy birthday and announced to her nursery that I was a big number, 35!
Tuesday is a bit of an anti-climax for a celebration as usual day-to-day chaos & routines kick in. But I'm going out with my husband on Saturday night, just the tonic!
