1st weeks weight loss

Dont go by them just wait and see you will probably be very surprised.
I bought scales and wish I hadnt because they can make you feel worse and paranoid lol

My weight loss has never been so dramatic, but I am steadily lossing and feeling good about it all. Try not to make comparisons to others, there can be all sorts of factors involved when losing weight. Be pleased for whatever progress you make and know that you are doing the right thing.

You've still got another 48hrs to keep burning the fat - you shouldnt compare yourself to others as no one is the same and it also depends what you were eating prior to starting????

I lost 9lbs first week and was more than happy - what diet can you do where you lose 6lbs or more the first week, also when you weigh on your CDC's scales, you might be surprised at the results xxxxxxxxx

I lost 7.5lbs. try not to compare yourself to others, it's depressing!! 5.5lb is an excellent start, and you'll probably get a couple more before WI anyway :D

Hi there

I lost 11lb first time around on CD.

Now on second time around and I have my 1st weigh in on Wednesday evening and I've not weighed myself yet - must admit I do feel a little lighter!:D What you have to think of is that its a weight loss whether it be 1lb or 5 1/2lb.

Good Luck!

I have lost 8lbs which I was quite disappointed by as most people seem to have lost much more. Also, that was by weighing myself first thing in the morning. By the time my CDC came round in the evening my loss only registered as 5lbs which is even worse! I am doing 790 after the first three days of SS. Maybe that is why the loss is slower?

:Dwell i lost 12.5 and was very pleased

I lost 7.5 pounds which is low compared to others here but, there is NO Where else I would have lost 7.5 on any other diet. I am well excited, just be happy that you will surely lose more on CD than on any other kind of diet. XXX

11 lb my first week.

Be happy with whatever the loss is - a loss is a loss is a loss

I lost 8lb in my first week, more than happy with that. If you have been cutting down on the carbs prior to starting CD, then the first week's loss won't be as dramatic as some. But a loss is a loss, and anything is brilliant.

Don't be disheartened, as long as its coming off then its a positive step in the right direction.

Good luck and let us know how you go on!

Theresa x
