Sarah83's 2017 food diary

Woohoo - weigh in no.1 and I've lost 3.5lbs.
Chuffed to bits with that, hopefully the losses will continue!
 
Weds 11th Jan

Breakfast: Yoghurt, fruit, granola (HEXB)

Lunch: Pork and vegetable stir fry with noodles and sweet chilli sauce (1.5)

Dinner: Gammon, egg, chips, onions, beetroot, brown sauce (1.5)

Drinks/snacks: Milk in coffees (HEXA), pear, banana, pineapple, HB egg

Total syns: 3
 
Well it's safe to say my losses have been slow and steady. I've lost just over 1stone since the start of the year.
Over the last few weeks I've had one gain which I've struggled to shift, but I had a 2lb loss this week which I'm really pleased with so hopefully it'll kickstart me. I would love to stick to an average of 1lb loss a week but I'm not quite there yet.
Ideally I would like to have lost at least 2.5st in total by the time we go on holiday in October - that is 21lbs in 23 weeks. That should mean I fit into a size 16 if past weight/size is anything to go by (although that was before having my daughter).
Doable you would think... but we'll see!
I'm hoping a food diary will help me to keep track.
 
Friday 19/05

Breakfast: Omelette with mushrooms and cheese (half HEXA)

Lunch: Cajun chicken and salad

Dinner: Pork steak with a mushroom and crème fraiche (1.5) sauce, actifry potatoes and salad
