Step2 810kcal Here we go..!

Today's my first day on Cambridge. My consultant's starting me on step 2 as I'm in the process of weaning my little girl from breastfeeding. She's 13 months old now and as much as emotionally I don't want it to end, I think realistically, we're both ready!

I've done LighterLife before to varying degrees of success so I'm no stranger to meal replacements and I'm feeling focused though and determined to get through the first week as 100%, and to carry on like that. I want to lose about 5 and a half stone in total to achieve a healthy BMI, look and feel better and be healthy for my two little ones. I'm the biggest I've ever been and I'm starting to suffer from backache:(returning to work after nearly a year on maternity leave and none of my size 18 work clothes fitting was a wake up call. I'm also fed up of naturally moving out of photos with my children as I don't want to spoil them with my whale-like body. Makes me sad - I should have more respect for myself, and my children deserve more from their Mum.

So this is it, today's the first day and I've had a strawberry shake for breakfast followed by a choc mint one for lunch. I've brought a third shake with me in case I need it before I go home but I think I'll try and wait til I get home after picking the kids up from nursery to keep me going while I get my mini meal together. Think a spinach omelette is on the menu for tonight! Been chugging on my water too, I have a hydrate m8 bottle and I find it helps a lot with making sure I drink more. I'm hoping to raise some money for BBC Children in Need as part of a sponsored slim - my work are matching what I raise so fingers crossed this works for me!

If anybody else has any meal ideas for my 200kcals then please feel free to make suggestions or point me in the right direction! Thanks!
