Wishful Shrinking
URGH 16 stone 12. I could cry especially because 2 years ago I was happily on my little weight loss way. It's been a bloody hard 2 years with two surgeries and a back injury taking me out of action for 8 months! And the weight has piled on. There's no excuse. Yeah I couldn't gym until surgery but I could have watched what I ate. I signed up to Slimming World in a half arsed effort to fix things but I just can't control myself on it. (Endless portions of pasta and many many muller light yogurts). With weight watchers I've had my best success and was able to stick to it and still eat out etc.

So this is it. It has to go. I'm Pro Pointing as Smart Points don't seem like they're for me from what I've read so fortunately I have that app Ultimate Food Value Diary that enables me to use the old pro points. 35 daily and 49 a week was what it calculated for my weight so wish me luck and all that.

Saturday is my start day as I shop then for the week ahead. Looking forward to getting back on the wagon!

Hey! I too had little or no success with SW and have always found WW to be my best course of action! Wishing you the very best of luck for Saturday, hope you're able to buy lots of PP friendly foods. I have a diary if you have any questions or are just looking for some advice/inspiration x
