3 litres down! wasnt as bad as i thought, i just staggered it over 2 1.5litre bottles over the day....
hopefully it'll get easier

You seem to get thirstier as you go on.... And the water does get easier I think I've had 4.5l and I double my intake in soups and shakes, I'm due 500ml or pint of T later this evening with my bar and I didnt struggle to drink any of it at all xxxxx

thanks clare, its a good job i like water anyway! it helps my skin because it gets so dry if i dont drink it....

I must be on 6 litres a day now and you honestly don't realise it.
I dilute my shakes/tetra's with a litre of water as well.
I suppose if I drank bottled water I would soon feel the impact on my bank balance - good job i stick to tap water!!
