hi, I just wondered if anyone had a good recipe they are using. Hoping to make to. For tea.

Also good cheese sauce recipe that's low syns.

The asda value macroni chesse in the tin is 3.5 or 3 syns people use this an blitz it for the sauce

I haven't calculated the syn value per slice yet but it looks pretty low.

sorry im a little late, I make it using either courgette or aubergine even butternut squash.
another thing is the i use a mixture of quark and cheddar as the healthy a and protein for the top

The recipe is a 'bikers recipe in their diet book. Not tried but am intrigued as not that fond of pasta!
