Step 1 Sole Source Help me ketosis question

Hello guys I'm on day 2.. I bought some ketosis earlier and I'm in ketosis.. But at work like a SPAZ my client made me a cup of coffee with skimmed milk and two sweetners and I'm too busy gabbing I drank it! Now I'm so annoyed lol will this defo take me out of ketosis?? Xx

The sweeteners could but there are some that don t, the milk won't take you out of ketosis so you should hopefully be ok
