Have just got back from weigh in glad to say my cdc's scales are not tooo far out from my own and im 19st 1lb. (fully clothed at 5.30 pm)

My start weight last week before seeing my cdc 19st 13.4lb
my own scales yesterday morning 18st 13.4lb

So were looking at a strone weight loss in a week

Have just rediscovred i dont like the broccolii soup. yuk

Thank you stil have another stone to shift before i was at my start weight last year but its definatley a step in the right direction,

Have been having 4 packs a day plus 100ml of semi skimmed milk as i cant do skimmed.

Me.
