Hey Ladies,
Had a blip at the weekend, mainly alcohol related, Uni outing that i said i wouldn't drink at, but i clearly have the will power of a mouse as i managed to comsume far too much alcohol which then resulted in food at 4am, then headed back to a friends bar which was oppen till 6 so stopped drinking about 7am so all in all not good.
This week i have decided to focus on Core again, and in addition ensure that i stick to it.
I am restarting and setting everything to 0 so that i go from my current position and can't say, i've done well, so i deserve that chocolate biscuit.
