Choose from veggies below.. 2 serving spoons full
Green salad leaves
Celery, cucumber or red radishes
Corgettes or marrow
Broccoli, Cauliflower or any cabbage, even pickled
Spinach, kale,Turnip, Asparagus, fennel or celeriac
Chinese leafy greens such as pak choi or Chinese cabbage.
