mix-a-musse and LL ? (jelly question!)

Hi guys

I have been wondering, why LL doesn't have any eqivalent of mix-a-musse? The reason for me asking is my friend, being on CD diet, using Mix, water and water flavouring keeps making jelly oO (I LOVE jelly) and I am being green with envy.
Would it be possible to use CD's mix a musse with LL diet

No. The pack constitution is totally different.

Oh I'm not saying it won't work...I'm saying that she shouldn't be mixing LL and CD packs - you're either doing one diet or the other

Personally, I would not use them.....LL lays out just what we can have - and that is what makes the diet work, all the research, etc., and the boundaries. If you add mix-a-mousee, you are basiclly "cheating" in the sense it is not allowed on LL. If it was, they would offer it.

So, buyer beware!!

I used to make mousse from the shakes - just add 40mls water and pop in fridge for 5 mins. LOVELY!

Deb, did you use the stick blender to blend taht small an amount or did you just stir the heck out of it!?

You CAN use the stick blender - but then you end up licking it all off, so I just made it up in a ramekin and stirred like mad (think of al those extra cals being burnt off!)
