All by myself and dragging the husband along!

Oh god. I know that feeling too well!!!
At size 22 trousers I never had that! These skinny people sizes leave no room for digestion!

Also trying a peppermint tea in the evening to see if it calms my stomach problems down.

Well I am trying to back off the caffeine becuase the Dr says it may help the mood swings. Also if we do end up preggers I believe that its not allowed. Really missing my second coffee of the day though.

I did really well last week with meal planning and hardly threw any food away that was off. Need to start doing that better again as throwing out off food left right and centre. Not good.

Weigh in today
20/08/16 -1.5lb, 13st 11.5lb

Weird because yesterday I was nearly a kg lighter. Might have to ease off the brie! But happy with a loss. 4.5lb to go till 5 stone.

oopsy, thsi weekend gone off the rails and really no idea why. Need to get back on it!

So had a work trip to Scotland where there is a shortage of vegetables and frying is the preferred method of food preparation! Has led to a maintain which is absolutely fine since the amount of chips I have had this week has been substantial! Will be back on it this week especially since I have back to back trips for three weeks after.

Well, a few weeks away and back to 14st 2lbs. I have been eating everything and I mean EVERYTHING. Hitting the 90kg mark gives me a kick up the bum and we are back on it. Hubby has been in Singapore for three weeks and managed to maintain so he is on a 1.5stone weight loss and is trying to hit his 2 stone. He is motivated to be good which will motivate me to support him. In the meantime I will not think about the local cafe I found with the amazing scones and Belgian buns bigger than an adults head. Nope, not thinking about that at all..... arghhhhh.

Why a year ago I would turn my nose up at everything non SW and stay on point and now I just think, $od it and go for stuffing my face?

Righty o

So yesterday
Breakfast - overnight oats, mullerlight, summer fruits
Coffee with 75ml skimmed milk and 2tbspn SF monin

Tea with dash of milk

Lunch

Bag of kettle crisps - 4.5 syns
Coffee with 75ml skimmed milk and 2tbspn SF monin

Couple of satsumas

Dinner
Lamb steak
Carrots and Broccoli and new potatoes

Then went to the cinema where they gave us free popcorn and we didnt say no. Dam it

Need to up my water and SF foods

Breakfast
Couscous and mullerlight
Coffe with skimmed milk
Think I sneaked in a tea here and there adding about 50ml of skimmed milk

Lunch
Bean taco left overs again, which is making me absolutely stink. But I do love them.

Snacks
had a Speacial K cereal bar (no idea if it is a Hex option or not, I am treating it as one because I did not have anything else for the fibre bit)

Dinner
Had some mince to make my first SW lasagna. Put beef mince, quorn, carrot mushrooms and courgette in it to try and bump up the good stuff. Decided I was not going to be good on the topping. Did a proper bechemel sauce with 25g butter and flour and then made up with skimmed milk and toped with a bit of cheese. My gosh the topping was worth it. Think its about 13 syns overall for the butter and flour and that made 6 portions of which I had one and a half so think its ok for the syns for the day. Served it up with salad levaes, cucumber and beetroot with lemon juice squeezed on top. Gorgeous but have to really remember portion control.

Had a sprinkle topped lolly at 2 sysns for dessert and then a mullerlight.

Back in teh 13stones since yesterday and need to keep on it. Worked out a healthy BMI for me is 79kg so that is the new target. Only 9 and a little bit kilos to go. Need to stay focused with IVF coming up, at some point, if the NHS get their finger out and get me an appointment togther!

Wow minimins has gotten quiet. Where did everyone go?

So yesterday I tried to make pulled pork, but I don't have a slow cooker, so I did it in the oven. I am not sure it takes the 4 hours that they suggest anything more than 3 and it gets so dry that it becomes horrid. Anyone reading got any tips?

Getting ready to do a side extension to the house and just found a foot wide drain sat right where we wanted to put a wall! Arghhh. This kind of news usually sets me into a eating frenzy, but apart from hitting the whole of the pulled pork and a large bag of popcorn did ok.

So up and down day but I stepped on the scales this morning and I haven't paid for it. So far 6lb loss for me this week so far. Of course my weigh in is tomorrow till its official. However got a week works trip to France next week eek. Might be tricky to stay on track.

Hi! Just popping by to say well done on your loss so far and that I've enjoyed reading your diary :)
I've recently rejoined SW after gaining 5 of the 6 stones I'd previously lost! I also work shifts so I'm interested in seeing how others cope with eating away from home. Hope weigh in went well for you.

Hiya
Well if you did it before you can certainly do it again. We are on and off the diet all year round. If I just got my head down and did it I could have been a at target ages ago. But good luck with the diet, it will be dropping off before you know it

Weighed in yesterday and somewhere somehow managed to put on. 13st 12.5lbs still is not bad but with France for 5 days looming I have to try and stay on track

Right well. I'm back. Not back to group yet but might have to to try and reign the gain in!

A few things have happened, a few work trips where lbs crept on, then we went to the states that has hidden sugar in everything where I went off the rails and then Christmas where I was good with fry lite etc but the cakes and brownie cakes and chocs etc! This was the downfall. Also I usually recover from going away with sticking straight on plan when I return. This didn't happen. Got on the scales after having to get my larger jeans out (sob) and I'm 14st 12lbs. Nooooo. Plan of action SW all the way. I would go back to group but it will be mental at this time of year so all you guys I need to help me. I am only 1lb shy of obese at the moment and I am not going back there. I got a Garmin tracker thing for Christmas and going to use that to keep me active. 10,000 steps per day. Managed a week so far but that was because my mums dogs were staying with us, so I walked them about.

We are starting IVF in February and they need to weigh me to get the drug dose right. I have three weeks to get to the weight I was on application which was 13st 13lb. So thats a stone. Eek thats alot to get done in three weeks but last time I tried SW I lost 7 lbs first week and I think second week lol those were the days! I am aiming for one stone at a time.

Now need to fix my signature and remove the 4.5stone award that is now longer me :(. I am going to get it back though, oh yes it will be mine again.

Tuesday - achieved 10,000 steps although to do it I had to walk into town to pick up the extra 2 miles I was lacking! Stayed away from all naughty food in the supermarket and trudged it back home. Jumped up and down a bit to this fitness in 5 thing on sky.

Breakfast
Decaf (Been without the drug for about two weeks now) coffee, 100ml skimmed milk, two tbspn sugar free syrup
30g oats, mullerlight, frozen berries

Lunch
Munched on some leftover lamb and a jacket potatoe

Dinner
Lasagna and carrots and cabbage as I knew I hadn't had enough SF foods during the day. 3 syns as it has real bechamel sauce and a bit of cheese on it.

Snacks - just a cup of tea throughout the day with sweetner

Wednesday
Breakfast
Decaf coffee, 100ml skimmed milk, two tbspn sugar free syrup
30g oats, mullerlight, frozen berries

Lunch
Smoked salmon salad with lettuce, beetroot, cucumber and tomato. Squeezed lemon over as a dressing

Dinner
Well I went to iceland to get frozen SW meals and they are pretty much sold out! Guess everyone is back on it this week.... SO I made a chicken saag at home myself but added extra mushrooms and I had a swede to use up so that went in. Served with brown basmati rice with pilau seasoning.
Had two mullerlights as dessert as I wanted to try the new flavours and figured I had syns to burn. Had the apple crumble one (unknown syns!>?!?!) and the cherry bakewell one - 0 syns. Not sure they are worth the trip to iceland to get them. Sat here with 9655 steps for the day but will pop out and carefully walk about the block to get the target number in.

Thursday
Breakfast - groundhog breakfast
Decaf coffee, 100ml skimmed milk, two tbspn sugar free syrup
30g oats, mullerlight, frozen berries

Lunch
I ate breakfast so late I didn't have one. Ate a babybel and need to measure the milk in my coffee to make sure I am getting the Hex allowance in

Dinner
We still have leftovers from Christmas! So gammon, pulled pork, chicken, boiled up some small potato cubes, left over carrotts and cabbage went in a wok with some spring onions and frilte and served it with brocoli

Didn't have any syns so Had a toffee apple SW bar - whats that about 3 syns? and a cup of tea with sweetner.

Managed my 10,000 steps but to do it had to wonder around town at lunch like I had nowhere to go and then had to walk around the block at 9pm! No idea how I am going to get the steps in when I go out to Finland in two weeks for work. Its going to be so cold and the hotels usually have saunas not gyms!

Had about 1.5 litres of water today but all in the evening. Need to start early in the day with that.

Your so lucky you can do your walking too. I can do about 20mins super slowly :-(
Finland is awesome, I lived there for 2yrs for work. Time to break out the skis I think :) you'll soon shift those pounds

Ha not likely, just work straight in and out and it will be a bit cold to do any walking there. Only going for a week and I assume reindeer is no syns! My mum said she did a work out where you sit on a chair and just do arms. She said it really tired her out so that might be an option for you?
