All by myself and dragging the husband along!

Maintained again. Furious.

Going on a work trip and going to sulk the entire week.

Well I did go slightly off the rails in Finland but knowing how many syns are in things like aeroplane food I tried to be good where it just wasn't worth it. Stayed away from desserts and took note when I was full. I think when you get obsessive about it, its not a good sign so to take a little step back was ok. So last week I got into a size 16 trousers (still a bit tight on the thighs but everywhere else they fit and maybe I am used to baggy clothes!). Went to have a bra fitting now down to a 36C, came home and sorted my bra drawer of the 40C and 38D I was only a few months ago! Then I went through my knicker drawer and got rid of all the 22 and 20's. They would fall off me now! Then went through my work shirts and threw out all the 22's. I am heading towards a 12 on top! Just my hips, like my bum and thighs need to catch up!
So I think the spring clean did me good. Pity that we cant do a SW clothes swap as I've got things I've hardly worn that don't fit anymore.

Had a bit of a scare with a fertility scan where there is fluid and they can't see my left ovary, husband bought me 3 montezuma chocolate bars and happy to say I only had a few chunks and then put it away!

On friday just before he headed to Dubai I finally broke the 90kg mark! Today again 89.6kg which is 14st 1.1lb. Got a work trip to Poland till Thursday and have to stay on plan!

Well had my op. Been eating whatever takes my mood even though I did cook SW meals and have them in the fridge I ignored them and just kept asking for fish and chips!
So weighed in this morning at 14st 4.5lbs. This is not good. I was down at 13st 11lb. This was probably the reason I keep on eating like a crazy person as I was getting away with it. Well I'm up to three meals a day and no longer getting away with it. Trying to remember how difficult it was to get down to 13stone and I don't want months of doing it again. So fresh sunny monday, time to get back on plan.

Quite a big day for me with 9 syns but at least another day on plan. Need to rack these up and get into the 13s!

Well hubby is back from South Africa on Wednesday and so the SW plan police will be back! Managed to stay on plan yesterday, who knew a bit of will power and it can be done. I have my sights on the 5 stone loss which is 6lb away. Will keep the crap food out of the house, stay away from the naughtiness and be there within 3 weeks.

So yesterday I managed to stay on plan, not easy with my mother in the house. 2 syns on tilda rice and 2 hartley jellys taking a syn. Then I had a malteaser bunny for being good at 8 syns. Going to keep on track today and keep my eye on that next half stone.

Bit of a wobble - toby cavery (no yorkie, a bit of gravy no sauces)
and then off the rails, couple of profiteroles my new downfall. I only have 1/3 of the sundae pot though and rest is in the fridge. Small victory!

Well had a bigger wobble with a holiday to the peak district and all their blooming pies and cakes and cream teas. Rude not to when you are on holibobs!

Two days on plan so far and just need to get a little self discipline. Found out I had put on a stone :-o but since being home have had that huge initial loss taking me to 14st 4.5lbs so gunning to get the 4.5lb off and get that sticker back. Hubby is annoyed as he put on half a stone (did not get into the cakes as much as I did!), but its making him be good too. So much better when you are both trying to get the loss going again.

That's brill having someone else wanting to loose. My oh is doing sw with me too
Well they end up doing it anyway as I am not cooking nice high syn food for him when I am trying to be good :)

well been plodding along on plan and then work went and organised afternoon tea tour on a bus in London. Argh prosecco and cakes all had but I did stop at 5:30pm rather than partying and synning into the night! But then came home and wanted fish and chips! I would be at target if not for this nonsense! But still at 13st 13lb even with the blip!

Been a bit slack on the old food diary but been sticking to the plan. Getting referred for fertility treatment so every BMI point lower helps the % success rate (apparently!) The fact that I am 37 not so much though!

Breakfast
30g oats Hex
frozen berries
mullerlight
75 ml skimmed milk Hex
2 tbpsn SF monin - 0 syns

Snack
Another coffee - seem to be having at least two a day since I've started working from home. Not sure how I'm going to cope without caffeine when we do start IVF
75 ml skimmed milk Hex

Cantelope melon - SF

Lunch
Baked potato - F
Mushypeas - P
Babybel light - Hex
Strawberry split icecream - 3.5 syns

2 tbpsn SF monin - 0 syns

75 ml skimmed milk Hex
2 tbpsn SF monin - 0 syns

Jelly/fruit/yogurt combo - ate the whol ething over the day! 1.5 syns

Dinner
Erm well, hubbys turn to cook, so went to Toby Carvery! I went a bit crazy with the freshly brought out stuffing and had some gravy, then of course the fat the food is cooked in. But since I don't use up full syns every day should be ok.

So yesterday I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and realised the size 16 jeans I was wearing looked a little baggy, but I had reverted to a bigger size due to my holiday blips.
Just stepped on scales thinking there would be a post carvery punishment number but I've hit the 87.9kg! I don't count it till weigh in day on saturday (although umming and ahhing about joining my mum at her holiday bungalow so won't be here on saturday!) But this is the lowest I've been for years!

So I have been collecting size 16 trousers - trousers are my nemesis as I have a thinner waist and huge thighs so sizing is always a problem. These are trousers that were too small at the time but on sale or cheap from tesco or sainsburys. I also had some tops I bought in the sale that were a little too snug. Just tried them all on and all of them fit apart from a few tops that were designed for people with matchsticks for arms! This is incredible considering I am about to start my period and wanting to eat like a horse.

Bloody hell I am going to have to go out and stock up on size 14 trousers now! Already fitting into a pair of stretchy tesco cropped jeans at size 14 but the real thigh test is on cargos or normal M&S work trousers. Have to be able to sit down without splitting the seams or losing blood flow to my feet. Hoping to not get scared and keep this going to get the 5 stone loss in a few weeks. Had 6 lb to go at the beginning of the week, could easily achieve that in three weeks with only one short work trip away to Scotland. The 5 stone by September challenge!

You are doing amazing
Biggest blip this weekend with the naughty two (mum and husband the ones leading me astray). Wore the smaller jeans to a carvery and only had a kids plate and couldn't finish the food on my plate for fear of losing blood circulation!
