the cost of RTM?

Hi all, I'm still in abstinace but me and another girl in my group were wondering if you still pay the £66 a week when on RTM? As we understood you pay for the packs, do you pay less as you reduce the pack? Thanks all!

Hi Donna yes as each week of RTM progresses you intake of food increases therefore your packs decrease it is very spread out over about 14 weeks so it will be 3 packs a day for a couple of weeks then two a day then 1

Week 1 is reduced to 3 packs - costs £49.50 per week
Week 3 is reduced to 2 packs - costs £33 per week
week 9 is reduced to 1 pack - costs £16.50 per week
after week 12 it is up to you whether you take packs or not, but you don't have to have any and you can still go for monthly meetings and weigh in at no cost for the rest of your life if you want, and take packs again at any time.
You just pay for the packs, not sure about other LLCs but mine will only sell in 7s.

Thanks Alibongo, thought it would be like that as you pay for the pack don't you? That good really then! I think I would still like to go get weighed even after I've completely finished! To keep me on track

Donna, I think going to get weighed even after you've completed RTM is a really good idea, at least that way you continue getting a level of support whilst maintaining, also if you do put a few pounds on, you're in the right place to get what you need to bring it back down. I have to say even though I am only on my 4th week of abstinence, I can't wait to get onto RTM.
