Hi all this is my first time on cambridge diet am into my fourth week am not feel to bad the cravings come and go but i just fill myself up with drink water.
My starting weight was 14stone 9pounds in the first week i lost 10pounds which i was well chuffed with:) am now down to 13 stone 1 pound .
I have a wedding to go to next week i know if i have anything to eat it will put me out of ketosis .does anyone know how much you have to eat for this to happen? as this is a family wedding i cant get out of it .

Hi Hun. Firstly well done on your weight loss so far. Its not a case of "how much" you eat but more "what" you eat. Anything with carbs in will kick you out of ketosis immediately, if you MUST really eat, then its best to stick to protein only. Are you sure you really want to eat, it might be best just to stick to your shakes or bars on the day and drink plenty of water xxx
 
Thanks for your reply i was getting a bit stressed about it but im taking your advise sticking to my shakes as i have come this far (nearly at the end of my 4th week) dont want to cave in just yet.
