Today is the first pipe band contest of the season. But planning in advance so hopefully all goes to plan. If so my food will be until after the contest (I'm driving);

I honestly have no idea...to the point I checked again a couple of times on the scale!

But today my loss is 6.25lb!!!!

All I can think of is the previous gains have been blips and this is it all evening itself out! I haven't even been 100% great this week!

I'll take it but! :D
