I know that the bachelors savory rice and pasta and sauce are both free on green, I bought the crosse and blackwell pasta in 5 and the rice in 5, are these both free as well? Im not sure if its only the bachelors things..

looking at syns online, on a green day they are between half and one syn per 100g cooked - depends on the flavour you buy

hi i eat the chicken and mushroom crosse and blackwell pasta in 5 and its 2.5 syns for whole packet but i luv it and dont like chicken and mushroom batchelor one so i dont mind!xxx
