Hey there guys, I've just started Lipotrim yesterday and today I can't stop thinking about how much I want to eat. Did anyone else go through this? Does it pass? I'm scared that I'm going to cave and I really really need to lose weight!

Hey Kelly, welcome to the forum and good on you for starting, day one is always the worst!!

Hope you made it through but I had a few day bone attempts before success so don't fret if not, just go for it again tomorrow!

The hunger will pass, my life revolves around food and drink normally but after just six days I'm not remotely hungry, just the mental challenge now.

Stick with it, the days will pass anyway so you may aswell get slimmer as they go :)

How much do you have to lose? Xx

Hello! Thank you so much for replying! I caved last night and had food (quite a bit) but seeing your reply made easier for me to start again today! It seemed easier today but I'm not sure if thats just because i know I had food yesterday! haha I'm glad that you were the same with food as I am, I think the weekend is going to be toughest because I associate it with going out and going to the food court!

I've got to do my little tag thing that you have and edit my profile yet but I'm 4 foot 10 (i'm very short haha) and I'm 15 st 13! According to the NHS chart to be healthy I should be 8 stone 8! So I have a long way to go! I'm hoping to get down to at least 10 st in order to feel happier about my health!

How's it going for you? Have you tried other diets before this?

It does definitely get easier I promise, you just really have to get your head in the right frame of mind to do it. I tried to restart easily about 8 times last year and never lasted more than a few days, but this time had a bit of a shock to the system (was in denial haha) so have managed to do 2 months so far with 1 week off. I know I'll probably get shot for saying this, but I had a really carby day the day before I was due to start and I think it helped me to power through the first few days because I wasn't hungry at all, probably due to that!

Even if you do feel hungry for the first few days and really feel the need to have food, look for foods that will keep you in ketosis (or that won't affect you going in to it) and then it won't be so bad then and the hunger pangs will still start to slip away as you enter full ketosis. Just try to be positive about it and give yourself mini goals, even if it's just to get to the end of the week, it really helps!

For me, weighing myself every day is an incentive to keep at it but have to admit it does become obsessive but I was so desperate to lose that I just do whatever it takes to keep me motivated!
