So I rejoined slimming world tonight... I have a massive diet history but I am leaving all that behind me and starting afresh!

I'll be post pics of ever meal... So here goes!

Tonight after group I've had maggi's garlic chicken... 2 sheets which I believe is 2 syns, new potatoes and baked beans. Very full and it was delicious!

I've not done well on filling a third of my plate with super free but I'll do better tomorrow. Might have done fruit before bed.
 
Just had a salted caramel hifi bar... You but not sure they are worth 6 syns!

Just made a delicious looking cottage cheese quiche... Well it's cooking away...

Ham, mushroom, spring onion and yellow pepper.. A sprinkling of weight watchers cheese on the top and some halved cherry tomatoes!

Seems I'm talking to myself... Like being at work!!

Anyhow this morning I had magic porridge with cherry muller and frozen cherries and raspberries.. Delicious!

Quiche and seafood sticks for lunch and some sals then tuna pasta for tea

I do weight watchers myself but I'm so intrigued to see people losing weight and eating foods on different diets! your food looks so yummy! :)

Hey :) do you think there is much difference between the Sw and ww plans?
 
I guess so! apart from fruit, vegetables and salad everything has points, where as by what I can tell on here there's only certain foods that have a value or syns?

I think sw is like the new ww plan where you eat from that chart.. Erm... The plan they encourage you to do for the first 2 weeks... Except that has bread etc on..

Anyhow... Breakfast... Magic porridge... Vanilla muller light and raspberries.. Yummy!

Lunch I had a jacket potato with chilli with lots of veg in it and some salad and a muller light.

Confession time tho... I just had a cupcake! Guess that's my syns for the day!!
 
ohh! I was getting that sort of idea, yeah! makes sense! as long as different things work for everybody :)

Yeah definitely! My mum has lost a lot of weight on ww recently although I'm not sure she had been sticking to any plan just eating less and telling herself it's ww's lol :)

haha! well as long as it worked :p I think SW would be the next thing I would try if I couldn't do ww anymore or sticking weight etc.
 
Think today maybe a disaster... Slightly unorganised after last nights events!!!

on dear!! what happened?!

Fight with a swimming pool wall nearly a month ago... Been brave/stupid and done nothing but was hurting a lot.. Went to drs.. X rays and my scaphoid is fractured :-(
