Wedding countdown...2 stone to lose!!

Hi all
I hold my hands up, I am a yoyo dieter and tried Slimming World, Weightwatchers and 5:2 fasting...but always revert back to SW!
I've hit goal both at SW and WW..but always seem to put it back on. Now i'm the heaviest i've been apart from when I was pregnant in 2012...putting on 3 and half stone!! I did manage to lose it all, but the pounds are slowly creeping on, so it stops now! My weight seems to average out at 9st 12lbs-10st...and this morning jumped on scales to see 11st!!!
I've got a major incentive, as i get married to the love of my life at the end of May next year...and looking to get under 9 and a half stone (realistically), but would love to get under 9st (wishful thinking) ready for my big day.
I do know Slimming world pretty well, so i'm guna try and do it on my own for now, as i really struggle to fit the meetings in.
I am going to try and keep a diary, so any suggestions and encouragement would be much appreciated!

MONDAY 1ST SEPTEMBER
Start weight = 11st

Breakfast-2 Weetabix with chopped banana
Lunch-Jacket potato, tuna & sweetcorn with lettuce and salad cream (2)
Dinner-Fish fillet, new potatoes, mushy peas & brocolli with Colmans Parsley sauce (5)
Snacks-3 crab sticks, tangerine, banana, apple, 1 chunk galaxy (3)
Drinks- 2 tea with sweetner, 1 peppermint tea, diet coke and water

HEA - Skimmed milk
HEB - 2 Weetabix
Syns used 10
Total syns for week = 10

I know what you mean! I have a countdown thing on my phone and every day its getting closer to the 1 year mark. Have you got much left to sort out?

Everything is all in hand, it's just paying bits off every month now. How about you? x
 
TUESDAY 2ND SEPTEMBER

Breakfast-2 egg omelette, with ham & onion plus beetroot
Lunch-Jacket potato, beans & ham with lettuce and salad cream (2)
Dinner-Pizza topped chicken (HEA), new potatoes & Salad with salad cream (2)
Snacks-3 crab sticks, Ryvita minis (HEB), banana, apple, 1 chunk galaxy (3)
Drinks- 2 tea with sweetener (1), 1 peppermint tea, diet coke and water

HEA - Low Low Cheese
HEB - Ryvita Minis
Syns used 8
Total syns for week = 18

Most things are sorted just need to actually pay for them now! You certainly have more willpower than me; there is no way I could stick to just one chunk of galaxy, I would be eating the entire thing!

Haha loads of people say that...I love love love chocolate. But when I'm totally focussed...I can quite easily just have a chunk.
Had a sneaky peek at scales and 2lbs and 1/4 off since Monday. I knew i'd lose a good chunk straught away, because before Monday I was eating ridiculous amounts of junk food! Feeling really determined now.
Plus my Sister has made a little messaging group for me, her and our other sister...so we've been sharing our food pics, scale pics on a morning and giving each other encouragement. Its like our own little slimming world meeting, its great. So that has really helped too! x
 
WEDNESDAY 3RD SEPTEMBER

Breakfast-Ham, cheese (HEA) & onion toastie (HEB)
Lunch-Jacket potato, beans & ham with lettuce and salad cream (2)
Dinner-Lean diced beef steak, mash, carrots, brocolli, peas & mushy pea gravy (not sure on syns...maybe 4 for 200g steak??) 2 bites of pizza, oops! (3...just incase)
Snacks-3 crab sticks, tangerine, banana, apple, 1 chunk galaxy (3)
Drinks- 2 tea with sweetener, 2 peppermint teas, diet coke and water

HEA - Low Low Cheese
HEB - 2 slices Warburtons Brown 400g loaf
Syns used 13
Total syns for week = 31

Your weight has been similar to me. I'm trying to get just under 9 stone. And started at 10 and a half.

I also got married at the end of may a year ago! Exciting!!

Aww thanks for subscribing! It is so exciting...and getting married is the biggest incentive ever! So I know I have to be so focussed, but I know they will be a few slip ups along the way. New York for 3 days in November, Xmas...and of course my 3 hen doos! I am a member of the gym, but havnt been for ages. Guna get back into it in the next few weeks, but wanted to lose half stone first, as i didnt want the gym reflecting on my weight loss.
You have done so well!! x

Lunch-Last nights leftover dinner, steak, new pots, carrots & peas with gravy (5)
Dinner-Spaghetti carbonbara
Snacks-3 crab sticks, tangerine, banana, 1 chunk galaxy (3) Ryvita Minis (HEB)
Drinks- 2 tea with sweetener (2), 2 peppermint teas, diet coke and water

HEA - Low Low Cheese
HEB - Ryvita Minis

I'm not the only one then that's eats beetroot for breakfast!
Oooo i love beetroot...also good for metabolism...so I've heard! x

Lunch-Last nights leftover carbonara
Dinner-Full english...2 sausages (2), 2 fried eggs, bacon, beans, mushrooms & tomates with 1 toast and luprak lighter (2)
Snacks-6 crab sticks, tangerine, banana, apple, 1 chunk galaxy (3)
Drinks- 2 tea with sweetener, 2 peppermint teas, diet coke and water

HEA - Skimmed Milk for tea
HEB - 2 slices of warburtons wholemeal 400g

Wahooo, having an on plan week so far...and had a sneaky peek on scales this morning! 4lbs off since starting on Monday. I knew i'd get rid of a large chunk straight away, so hoping for a nice 1-2lb a week from now.
Just bought myself the rosemary Conley magic measure, which i'll do every saturday morning, because starting back at gym in the morning :whacky068: and I know some weeks I'll be losing inches (or cm's) rather than pounds! x
 
Well done on the massive loss, here's hoping it shows up on the official scales this week as well!
 
Right! Well I have been up and down with my weight for the past few months and finally received the shock that I needed...my wedding dress is ready to be picked up!!!! Aaarggghhhh!! Im so excited, but no way is it going to fit me!! I was extremely good all last week...even going to the cinema armed with a bottle of water and no treats whatsoever!! Someones birthday in the office today, so lots of chocolate cake flying about...nope not for me :angel09:

Anyway, I'm going to start posting my food diary on here to keep me on track. Im doing Extra Easy, but doing syn free Mon-Fri and having a treat on a weekend! I came across a girl on ********* who does this, and she is my thinspiration!! She has done this from day 1 in April 2013 and has lost 5 and a half stone, shes tiny now, infact a bit too thin for my liking, but good on the girl for doing so well!
