Bad weekend

I have been very bad this weekend. I was looking after a friends house for the weekend while she was away. I basically gave my self permission to eat whatever I wanted...slipped back into old habits for 4 days and unsurprisingly have piled a lot of weight on in a short space of time. 4/5 pounds according to the scales this morning. But I'm trying to move on and get back on track. I think I'm going to do tesco ultraslim shakes for a few days just to kickstart...plus I have a lot of them in the cupboard that need using. Using this thread as a place for me to confess lol...otherwise I know I would carry on cheating if I kept it to myself ;)

No judgements here, but lots of encouragement and support to get back on the wagon xxxx

Just think of it as your treat, and remember now tasty all the food was!! Savour the memory, and move forward on your journey. We are all going to have splurges, but it's getting back on the wagon that is the important thing, so well done you for continuing.

I'm on slimfast, which I'm assuming is a similar plan to tesco shakes? I find it great, cos it's hard to cheat with the fixed portion sizes!!

Good attitude - no point in dwelling on the past. Hope you have a good week :)

We have all been there love :) and we're all human. It happens. Dwelling on it will fixate it in your brain that you failed and eat away at your motivation. You didn't fail - you had a blip. Failing would be giving up all together. Keep going hun! :)
