I'm a legal secretary, work evenings because it fits in better for childcare. To be honest, I think this job and working evenings has helped me with this diet. I cook during the day for my son and husband and prepare their evening meal so they just need to reheat it. I found it harder to be at home during the weekends and be with them whilst they were eating. Have moved on to 790 now which is great, so is making life a little easier.
