I'm going to (hopefully) start a challenge I've set myself tomorrow.
I want to walk/cycle 100 miles a month.
I'm intenting on going to the gym 3 times a week, so it's roughly 8 (?) miles a session. It'll probably be easier for me on the bike than walking.
