Well day 1 and going well so far back at work after being off with chicken pox so been a busy day all round.
Got myself on the scales this morning I'm 15st 10lbs so quite a lot to shift.
Holiday in around 7 weeks so first Mini goal I'm setting myself is a stone,
2 lbs a week I'm sure i can do :)

Day one

B- Banana shake
Snack - popcorn
L - banana shake
D- steak, mash, peas and tomatoes
S - strawberries and cereal bar

Drinks - can of cola zero, 3 cups tea, water
 
Just to let you know slimfast ready made shakes in Wilkinson 77p meal replacement bars box of 4 bars 2.00 think the drums of shakes are on offer too. Hope this helps

Day 2

Bananan shake
Summer berry meal bar

Dinner - stew with potatoes and green beans
Cheesecake

Snack
Apple


Been at work all day so not really been over hungry, good day apart from the cheesecake but still better than I use to eat on a Saturday x
 
Day 3 and still going strong :)

Working again today so always makes it a bit easier to stick to plan however off Monday and Tuesday so that will be a challenge.

B- caramel shake
Snack - Nairn oat crackers
L- slimfast peanut meal bar
D- cottage pie and a huge salad / sugar free jelly

Snack - not sure yet as just eaten so might not have anything however I'm very under calories today so may have a wee packet of popcorn later while watching rubbish on tv lol xxx
 
I ended up having a wee snack last night I had some ritz crackers with laughing cow light lol
 
Day 4 Going good went to tesco today to buy a few bits to keep me going, had the blinkers on so as not to look at all the yummy sweets, Bread and cakes lol done well, going to update today as i go coz I'm not sure what's for dinner yet. Should really plan better.

B- caramel shake

Snack - ww soup 51cal and ww danish bread 50cal

L. - summer fruit meal bar

Snack - apple

D - omelet, wedges and salad

Snack - chilli velvets

Day 5 going strong again day off but went to town for a look around,
Not going to buy any new clothes yet going to wait till I have lost some weight but I did treat myself to my fave perfume and got some hair colour remover as I've been bottle red for a whole and decided fresh start fresh me so gone back to my natural colour of strawberry blonde (or ginger to most lol)

Will update as I go but for now

B - tesco shake vanilla fudge - lovely
L - tesco raspberry shake again lovely
D - grilled chicken, baked potato and salad

Snack - chilli velvets
Ww soup and ww break = 101cal

Hi Hun, I have actually been really enjoying it. Feel in a good place just now so it's all good :). Looking forward to hopping on the scales on Friday morning, I normally hate the scales lol. how are u getting on?

Brilliant, so pleased you are in a good place! Yeh I am doing good too - intrigued by what the scales say on Friday for week 2....always a telling WI for me (i.e. It can sometimes be my undoing on a diet as I don't see a big loss!!) fingers crossed for us both :) x
 
Awww yeah I can be like that if I don't do well I think sod it and go off the rails, also If I do well I sometimes have a naughty day but not this time, I'm going to put £1 away per pound I lose to treaty self to a new item of clothing .

we can be the Friday losers :)
 
Day 6

Still going strong and enjoying it ;-)

B - caramel sf shake
Snack - chicken noodle cuppa soup
L - shape up raspberry shake
Snack - apple
D - Cumberland pie with veg
Snack - chilli velvets

I am sooo enjoying this so far and think I Defo prefer the taste of the tesco shakes best

Day 7 week one almost in the bag weigh in tomorrow and looking forward to it :)

L - tesco ultra slim raspberry shake
D - grilled chicken and pasta salad
Snack - chilli velvets
- apple and satsuma

That is amazing lady!!! Fantastic work, half a stone in a week - and you deserve every lb, well done!!! x
