That's why I use bisto for stews, you can easily work out how many syns you're adding. It's dearer, but the box lasts ages and I think it's worth it for the syns info!Could only find the beef on the web site - 1.5 syns on all plans for 100ml of gravy made up as directed. A syn amount per tbsp would be easier to work with though, especially if you're adding it to a stew rather than making gravy. Just as an aside, bisto is 1.5 syns per tbsp, in case you have any of that
