Ok thought I would post my food diary as I keep being asked "but what DO you eat"???

Today
Brekkie: mango & nectarine
Lunch: rice & quorn &pea curry (last night dinner reheated).
Dinner: prob pasta & veg.

Drinks: black coffee (many).
Plus: berocca; multi vit; glucosamine
2 apples.

Some days I have porridge for brekkie or maybe a couple of belvita biccis (depends if I need a sugar boost).

once a week I have a couple of glasses (lg) of red wine so I save the syns for this and one night a week I have garage sandwiches for dinner as I go out.

Update: dinner last night veg fried rice with. 2 eggs, mixed veg and 1tsp olive oil (between 2 of us).
Brekkie: big bowl of fresh mango
Lunch: same as dinner last night

Black coffee & 2 apples; 1 nectarine.

Had an iffy week. Nothing too bad but expecting to sts on sunday. Just feel tired at the mo but have started taking a multi vit so hope that helps.

Still positive but feeling disillusioned for some reason. Just hoping that 1.5 st loss has pushed my bp back in the right direction.

On a go slow few weeks. Not really lost anything for 2 weeks but havent gained so taking that as a mini win.

Getting focus back now.....

Hi Biggabird. Maintaing is definitely a win but have you tried Success Express for a bit of a boost? I'm trying it for the first time this week as I've been stuck in a little diet rut recently! I'm subscribing so I can let you know how it goes, in the hope that my experience may help yours! :)
