I've been on weight watchers and had some success, but I've realised that most of points were on naughty food which isn't the way I want to go. I have done slimming world in a fashion but never stuck to it. I'm really tied of making excuses and it only me who make that change not just for this week or month but for the rest of my life. LETS DO THIS
 
Hi, after messing around for so long, and yes I did WW, I am now at last on track with SW. It is so easy! Good luck. :)

EXTRA EASY DAY

Breakfast (early morning snack)
Aldi strawberry fat free greek style yoghurt
Nectarine

2yrs wedding anniversary :love047: Hubby making me breakfast

Grilled bacon, 2 egg fried in fry light , half tin baked beans and cherry tomatoes
2 slices wholemeal bread (HEXB)
1tsp of norpak lighter spread (1.5)

Dinner

Classic West Indian meal ACKEE & SALTED FISH cooked with mixed peppers and onions
Brown rice with leeks and asparagus

still need to fit in my hexa which will be 40g reduce fat cheddar cheese will update later

Supper

2 plums and (HEXA)
Cheese curls ( 3syns)
10 cadbury giant buttons ate nearly a whole bag so I'm gonna point the whole bag. (31.5)

2 tsp granulated sugar (2 Syns)
chopped mango

Lunch

Left over ACKEE and salt fish with onions, mixed peppers and plum tomatoes dry fried plantain and 2 new potatoes yum all free

snacks, aldi lemon greek style yoghurt hexb alpen light bars

Dinner left over ackee and salt fish with brown rice

snacks nectarine mango and plums

Ok so yesterday had a bit more Syns that I would of liked so here goes
2 packets of cheese grid crisps 9 Syns
1 packet of mini cheddars 6.5 Syns
Hubby brought me Millie cookie 10 Syns

Syns used 25.5 oooops
