DO YOU EAT ALL YOUR CALORIES

Hi all, first day at this! Do you eat all your calories? I've had breakfast, lunch and snacks and am still a way under my 1506 cals a day. Should i be eating these or is it OK to be under?
 
Try to eat up to your daily amount, where possible, but there maybe days when you go a little over or a little under, that's fine and keeps your body guessing. Just don't drop too low on a regular basis, or obviously too high ; )) x
