Haf my body weight to lose

It'll seem really daunting now, cant speak from personal experience from losing that much weight but just take it a day at a time and at some point youll be able to look back and see how far you've come, clothes will start to feel looser, all wee things but they add up which will give you the confidence and motivation to keep going. just think of it as a lifestyle change and the weight will come off gradually, but it will come off. just seem to be rambling a bit here but the first step is deciding to make the change and everything else will fall into place :)
