Hey all fell of for a good couple of weeks and have put all the weight I had lost. But I am not gonna dwell on that I am back and as long as I'm trying I'm not gonna beat myself up about it. So started a new diary as a fresh start.

What I have done to help my restart.
1. Cleared out all food that could tempt me
2. Made sure I have brought enough food just for the rest of the fam so none for me.
3. Been honest about how the diet works with my oh as I usually say oh I'm aloud that and end up getting a response 'what diet is this it seems ur allowed everything lol
4.my oh has a personal trainer certificate so he's good on explaining workouts food for when I get to my goal weight.
5.all my shakes water and teas r stacked up.

So good luck me here I go again again again . April 2015 here I come

How's it been going?
 
Hay all weened myself back on this week so Monday I'll be on ts 3 shakes a day going good so far. Me and my friend r gonna be going Miami for my birthday so my heading should be 9st Miami target
 
Well done for sticking with it. I take it that gradually easing into TS has lessened any headaches that appear.

Hay all had a little wobble this morning had a croissant but instead of carrying on downwards I decided to get a bottle of water and continueon
