Ok day one..time to stop messing about and get this weight off!
Weight this morning 11st 2lb 4oz .........

HE A: Semi skimmed milk for coffee
HE a: cheese
HE B: 1 lamb chop
2eggs fried in frylight... 3 l mcartney red onion and rosemary sausages....
Clementine.....
Lamb curry.... boiled rice
Fruit

1/2 tbsp brown sauce 0.5
